GUIDED BREATHWORK – with Dimi

Recovery+ Breathwork with Dimi focuses on breathing techniques that support calm, control, and confidence in everyday life and during cold plunge (ice bath) experiences.

Through targeted breath practices, the session provides a practical mindfulness toolkit to help regulate the body’s stress response and support emotional regulation. Note 18yo+ only.

GUIDED BREATHWORK – with Harry

Recovery+ Breathwork with Harry is an immersive experience combining guided breathing, nervous system regulation, subtle movement, and deep stillness.

The session supports you to unwind from the week that’s been and intentionally prepare for the week ahead, promoting calm, clarity, and emotional balance. Note 18yo+ only.
